Very enjoyable break with friends

The breakfast was nice, albeit continental so no hot food other than toast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent - easy walk into the old town.

The room we booked was a triple and didn’t reflect the description on the website (for example there was no sofa). It was however comfortable albeit on the small side.

It's a nice budget hotel and a good value for $45 a night. The rooms are decently sized, kept clean, and it's pretty quiet. Staff are very friendly. Located right next to the old part of town. Felt very safe the entire time I was there.

No view at all, I was facing an alley (at least it was quiet). Also, if they put you in room 001, ask for another one. 001 is right next to the lobby and the kitchen, you will hear all kinds of banging around in the morning (it will wake you up) while they prepare the breakfast.

Staff were brilliant, very kind and accommodating to us Brits' mangled Spanish and accented English. Room was comfortable, well-cleaned, great aesthetically, and perfect for our stay. The bar was nice, good prices and great seating. Was a wonderful time all round!

Wonderful

Very cute little hotel well situated in the heart of Santiago within 10 min from everywhere. My room was huge, the best thing was the 2x2 bed, I slept so well. The bathroom light mirror was amazing.

Bathroom is a little outdated but functional. They made a mistake trying to charge me for 2 nights, instead of one but it got resolved.

Weather could have been better, Santiago an impressive city,and tapas/ pinchos , wine were excellent

Excellent location for old town, including Cathedral ants of bars andresaurants. Breakfast was simple and good.

Only things was street bins were emptied during the night and we had a street facing room!
